Worked on 4 keywords. 2 triggered partial, and 2 triggered in the search box but appeared lower than the guarantee on the sales page. So I cancelled order and refunded the buyer as per the money back guarantee. The above feedback left by the buyer is automatic since order went beyond delivery date.
