It's always risky getting these website audits. You never know if you are going to get auto-generated templates that you need to spend more time explaining to your client what it means (not to mention you can get them yourself) however, I am very pleased to say Kevins over the shoulder website audit was very well received. I got a video, PDF and excel document...recommend to anyone on the fence if they should go for an audit. The review lasted 30 minutes - yours might be longer or shorter though :)
