I hired this person to handle citations for my business. Initially, I checked their work manually, and unfortunately, about 40% of the citations were not working. After requesting revisions, I reviewed the updated version and still found 5-7 citations that were not functioning properly. Additionally, they created profile backlinks as part of their work, but many of these citations lacked the essential NAP (Name, Address, Phone) data. Completed job on time. However, it was poor quality also the final report is very unprofessional. Live URLs are missing in the report.
