Ilias Ahmed

Also known as Ilias Sami. White Label AEO & GEO, six years in.

The Job Changed. I Changed With It.

Six years ago I was auditing websites for keyword density.

Now I'm auditing them for whether ChatGPT has ever heard of them.

Same job title. Completely different job.

I'm Ilias Ahmed. Most people know me as Ilias Sami, which is the name on every audit, every report, and every partnership I've run since 2020. There's no separate company behind it, no agency with its own name and its own logo. It's just me, the people I work with directly, and the agencies whose names go on the work instead of mine.

Quick Facts

  • Name: Ilias Ahmed, publicly known as Ilias Sami
  • Age: 24 this October (born October 29)
  • Based in: Dhaka, Bangladesh (born in Kushtia Sadar)
  • Years in SEO: Six, since 2020
  • Languages: Bengali (native), English (professional), Hindi (fluent), Urdu (conversational)
  • What I do: White-label AEO, GEO, and SEO for agencies, plus direct client work
  • What I don't do: Put my name on any of it, unless we're talking about a partnership like this one

Entity Debt: Why This Work Exists Now

Here's the shift nobody quite prepared for: ranking #1 on Google used to be the finish line. Now the AI answers the question before anyone clicks, and that #1 ranking sits there unread.

Entity debt is the gap between what a brand has actually published and what AI systems understand about it. It builds up the same way technical debt does, quietly, page by page, until a search engine or a language model stops trying to figure a brand out and just defaults to a competitor whose signals are cleaner.

I didn't learn this from a course. I learned it from running the same test across hundreds of audits: take a client who ranks #1 for a term that matters to their business, then ask ChatGPT or Perplexity or Google's AI Mode the same question. More often than you'd expect, that #1-ranked brand doesn't show up in the answer at all. Something else does, usually with worse rankings and a fraction of the backlinks.

That gap is entity debt. Closing it, not chasing rankings for their own sake, is most of what I actually do now.

What I Actually Do

White-label AEO, GEO, and SEO for agencies. Entity SEO, topical authority mapping, technical audits, and AI+human content, built to get a brand cited in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity, not just ranked on page one.

The model is simple. You keep the client relationship. I do the work under your name. Your client never knows I exist, and that's exactly the point, it's their trust in you that grows, not their awareness of me.

Beyond the white-label side, the same skill set covers:

  • Local SEO and e-commerce SEO for direct clients
  • Semantic and entity SEO builds from the ground up
  • Topical authority mapping, pillar plus every cluster page it needs
  • Technical SEO audits at the scale of a single site or a 50,000-URL migration
  • AI+human content production, written to be both readable and machine-parseable
  • Agentic AI SEO automation, building the workflows that make the production side faster without touching the judgment side

How I Work

The process hasn't changed much in six years, even as the target has. Configure Screaming Frog, crawl, filter the false positives out, document everything with context, build a report someone can actually act on. That's the technical backbone.

On top of it: Ahrefs and Google Search Console for the data, GA4 for what's actually happening on-site, Surfer for content structure, Schema App for the entity layer. On the AI side, Claude is the primary tool I build with and write with, I've tested ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity extensively enough to know where each one is actually useful and where it isn't.

Topical maps get built by hand, not templated, against what a specific brand is missing versus its actual competitors. That's slower than a keyword list dressed up as a strategy. It's also the part that holds up when the algorithm changes underneath it, because it was never built around the algorithm in the first place, it was built around the entity.

How I Got Here

I got here the slow way.

Started in 2020 auditing sites for Aladaboi, learning the fundamentals from the ground up, growing their organic presence with no shortcuts and no formal training beyond what I taught myself.

Then Brandylane, a brand development agency in Dhaka, where I ran their SEO as an invisible in-house team, ghost-reporting under their name for the first time. That's when the actual business model clicked for me: agencies are excellent at what they do, and structurally bad at SEO, because hiring an in-house team for it rarely makes sense for them. There's a real business in being the team they don't have to hire.

The Run Digital, an e-commerce web design and development agency based in Canada, became my first official white-label partnership. They brought in the clients, upsold the SEO, and handed me full responsibility for it. I built and sent white-label reports under their branding, which helped them close more trust with their own clients and generate word-of-mouth referrals they'd never have gotten otherwise. We're still working together.

Since then the roster's grown: Election-Net in the DRC, where I've worked as lead SEO consultant, and DigiLeads in Germany, on the technical SEO side. All under NDA. All reported under someone else's branding. If you're one of my clients' clients, there's a good chance you've never heard my name, and that was always the deal.

Alongside the agency work, I've been active on Legiit since August 2021, Level 3 seller, 224+ completed orders, a 5.0 rating held across most of that time, and ID-verified. It's where a lot of the earliest trust got built, one small project at a time, before any of the bigger partnerships existed.

The Track Record

Numbers, because they matter more than my own opinion of myself:

MetricFigure
Websites audited350+
Words of content shipped700,000+
Topical authority maps built150+
Legiit orders completed224+
Five-star reviews145+
LinkedIn following14,500+
NDA rate across every partnership100%

Case studies that actually moved a needle:

  • E-commerce migration: a fashion platform with 50,000+ product URLs held its traffic through a full migration and grew it 35% within 90 days, with a hard 10% loss cap built into the plan from day one.
  • Multi-location medical practice: geo-targeted traffic grew 210%, because the entity and local schema layer got fixed before anything else was touched.
  • News publisher: a 50,000+ article site needed topical clusters and proper schema in place before Google News inclusion was even possible. Once that was solid, news feature appearances grew 250%.

Credentials & Education

10 certifications across Google (Analytics, Search Console), SEMrush, Surfer SEO, Schema App, HubSpot (Inbound Marketing), Ahrefs, and BrightLocal.

Diploma in Computer Science and Technology, Dhaka Polytechnic Institute, 2020 to 2024, passed March 2025.

Bachelor of Business Administration, in progress, Presidency University, 2025 to 2029.

The technical diploma is where the "how machines actually work" instinct comes from. The BBA is where the business side gets formalized, on purpose, while the agency work is still the primary income and the actual proving ground.

Beyond the Client Work

I co-founded We Do Charity in October 2024, running relief projects across Bangladesh, winter packages, house repairs, ongoing family support, built on the same instinct that makes a good audit: look hard for what's actually missing, then do something specific about it, not something vague.

In February 2024, I donated part of my liver to my father. Full recovery, both of us. I don't lead with that story in client conversations, but it's part of how I think about resilience and responsibility, and it's honest to say it shaped how I approach everything else, including the work.

Family first, long-term thinking over quick wins, and continuous learning, that's less a tagline and more just how the last six years actually went.

What I'm Looking For Right Now

Two things, and they're different asks, so I'll keep them separate.

One: a single agency to bring on as a white-label AEO and GEO partner. I own the work end to end, research through reporting, and you bill for it under your own branding. One seat, not ten, because this only works if I actually learn your niche and your clients properly instead of splitting attention across five agencies at once.

Two: I'm also open to senior remote SEO roles, or a growth or marketing leadership seat, full-time or contract, for the right team. This is a separate track entirely, not a fallback, just as real as the first one. Six years of hands-on audits, topical architecture, and now AI search visibility work translates directly into a senior individual contributor or leadership seat, remote-first, for a team that wants someone who's already done the work rather than someone learning it on the job.

Let's Talk

Whichever one of these brought you here, partnership or opportunity, the fastest way to find out if it's a fit is a real conversation, not another ***************************************************
