This wasn't what I wanted. It wasn't what was advertised. This "Level 10 Local Guide" account hadn't even been entered in the Local Guide system. I had to enter it in the local guide system. There were several thousand pretty pictures that got the account over 10k points, but there were only 5 previous reviews of any businesses :-( This account is not worth $5, let alone $50.
