There were a lot of mistakes but that's to be expected with some of the voice recognition software programs, which I presume is what was used. And it fairly quick to correct. But this was delivered in less than one hour and the price was so low, it's hard to complain about. And what was delivered was exactly what was described in the gig, so, I'm very happy with that. I would just suggest is to determine what you need and what you'd be prepared to spend. If you need a "perfect" transcript, this is probably not the right gig. But if you're looking for something that has fast delivery and low price, this is a great way to go.
