I do research on the market online (similar services, brands) and looking for feedback, reviews, etc. Regarding their shopping preferences, I research reports from Hootsuite and Statista and Google Insights for the trending behaviors by location ( country ). This way I gather information about the device they own, how they research for brands online, overall online behavior, social media they use, etc. And I complete that with the general behavior of the persona's age and characteristics. Essentially I do the research on similar brands in the country needed and the reports from hootsuite and statista are by trending behaviors of people regarding a country.
