If we are unable to ‘make good on the product or service ordered, we will issue a refund to you for the full amount of the services purchased.  

In the event that we are unable to deliver the product or service you have ordered, we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Link Building Terms

Our guarantee is that your link will be live for a minimum of 3 months, or we will replace it at no additional charge to you. Please note that there are no refunds & cancellations for posts removed, links broken, sites down, domain expired, or any other reason.

We cannot guarantee that your choice of anchor text will be used by our writers/contributors. This is completely site-dependent and at the sole discretion of our partner contributors. No refunds or replacements will be issued relative to anchor text.

On many sites, once an article is live, it can not be edited or modified. For this reason, we can not guarantee that any changes can be made after the content has been published. Should an error occur, we will make every effort within our means to rectify it. We can not offer refunds on a link placement once it is live.

Dissatisfaction with a link placement must be brought to our attention within 7 days of delivery or no replacements/refunds/cancellations can be issued for any reason.

If you have chosen/approved the site for your link placement, we naturally assume that you have reviewed the site and are happy with your choice. There can be no refunds/replacements issued for changes of heart after the fact

We can not guarantee indexation for any link that we build – no refunds will be issued if a page your link is placed on does not show up in the results of a particular search engine. While we regularly check each site we work with, please do your own due diligence on selected sites before approving an order.
