I pointed out the seller had used a number of domains again, they used on my previous order limiting the benefit. I also pointed out that several links were being put on one domain. They said they would check and report back to me as the team were off on the weekend. We agreed Monday. No such contact was made. The seller, with no communication, marked the job as complete on Tuesday. I disputed this and only then did they say the replaced the links. They did. There was no apology either.

I must also mention that our office observes a two-day holiday on Saturdays and Sundays. The team successfully removed the links on Monday and provided me with an updated report. When I received the report, I directly uploaded it to the order page, assuming you would review it before the finalization. Unfortunately, I overlooked informing you of this update through our chat, and for that, I sincerely apologize. Notably, no report had been shared with you prior to this instance. It is crucial to clarify that, despite my early submission, the order was not considered complete until three days after the delivery date.
