It doent matter how many links you chuck at a site if you dont have a good foundation they will never hold and google WILL pick it.

Think of your site like a house you would never put all this time and money into a house without making sure the foundation was solid and could stand the test of time.

I recomend foundation links for ANY NEW SITE, also i recomed them for sites that have not been updated for a long time as this will start building a base that then we can work from.

Please note you can go and chuck any links at your site but they will never pass on the link juice without a good foundation,
