Commercial rights is the license granting you the right to use the voice over in your phone system or IVR. This license allow for the use of the voice over worldwide and in perpetuity.
Of course! I can produce a file type that works to your phone system specifications. This can include file format type, sample rate, and bit rate. Just let me know what they are when you are providing me the requirements.
Once I complete recording and send, requests to re-record it differently or to make any edits to the audio file are counted as one revision. Any revisions that are needed as a result of obvious mistakes that I make will not count as a revision. You can add more revisions anytime if needed.
