I will develop a horror game for you using unreal engine 4, the idea of the game is all about your imaginations, but under this limit :
the main character is a first-person (the third person is not available)
anything else you can discuss with me before buying
the game is only for PC and console
of course, you can use your own textures for the walls and doors and floors or your own meshes for extra details in a level if you want to
