Of course! You get commercial rights to it according to Legiit's  policy.

Vector/Source files are the original files (.ai and .eps). With a vector file, you can output the artwork into any file format (JPEG, PNG etc.), any color profile (CMYK, RGB) and any size (pixels or DPI) without compromising on quality. These files are your business asset for future usage.
