list something people want, make it look presentable, give them a reason why they should buy from you  
and not someone with a similar service, then do a good job and encourage them to buy from you again.
This isn't a school camp. Not everyone gets a turn just because they signed up.
Excellence of execution will be rewarded.
Just signing up and expecting money to fall on you will not cut it."
